Kartful places grocery orders on people's behalf, inside limits they set. Terms that describe who is responsible for what — us, the stores, and you — deserve a lawyer rather than a template, so they are being drafted with counsel before they go up.

Nothing here is live yet. No orders are being placed, no memberships sold, and the waitlist does not accept addresses until these Terms and the Privacy policy publish.

One thing that will not change when they do: Kartful never places an order without your approval of that exact basket, and the stores' own prices are the prices — no service fees, no markups.
